From Joined Crowns to Separate Crowns
Mrs. Zheng had crooked front teeth. To fix them, she had three crowns made in her hometown. These three crowns were joined together (Fig.1,2: the teeth #7-9; * indicates joint area). She could not floss between these crowns. Gums were reddish and easily bleeding, as shown in other case.
Finally the patient agrees to have these three joined crowns removed and new separate crowns made (Fig.3). Gums do not bleed after the procedure. Mrs. Zheng is much pleased.
