What Should be Done Within 24 Hours After Facial Injury?

A middle age woman fell with upper lip and chin injury last evening.  One of her front teeth was broken.  Her friends advised her to see a dentist within 24 hours after accident.  The broken tooth has nerve exposure (Fig.1,2 >), having potential to develop an infection with pain.  After application of nerve protecting medicine over the exposed nerve, the tooth is restored (Fig.3,4).  A take-home message is to see a dentist within 24 hour after facial injury.
