Implants for Partial Denture

A 82-year-old man has difficulty in chewing because of bad bottom teeth, either loose (Fig.1 B: bridge) or infective (>).  Computer design indicates that only 2 teeth can be saved (Fig.2 *) and that 3 implants are needed to hold a partial denture in place (<).  When the implants heal, three holding devices are placed on the top of the implants (Fig.3 <) to hold a new denture (Fig.4) in the mouth (Fig.6) through 3 recipient devices underneath the denture (Fig.5 <).
