Fig.5: CT taken less than a week after extraction shows that the bone is wide (between white >), whereas the height is limited (between yellow >).  A wide, but short implant is planned (white box: 6x11 mm).  The sinus membrane is between pink and red outlines (post-extraction edema).

Some of the alveolar bone is pushed upward with the implant (Fig.'5).
