Fig.6: One month after extraction, an implant is placed (I).  In fact with bone expansion (osteotomes and 4.5x11 mm, 5.0x11, 6.0x11 tapered taps (no drill)) and placement of the implant, bone is pushed upward into the sinus(yellow outline in Fig. 6 as compared to original sinus floor (red outline)).  T in Fig.6'': 5.0x11 mm tap.
