Long-Termed Follow UP of Canine Immediate Implant

The upper right deciduous canine of a 39-year-old lady has mobility (Fig.1 B) due to root fracture (Fig.2,3 arrowheads).  A 4.5x20 mm tissue-level implant is placed immediately post extraction (Fig.4,5 I).  The gingiva around the implant is healthy 2 months postop (Fig.6).  The implant appears to osteointegrate 5 months postop (Fig.7).  The crown (Fig.8 C) is cemented 6 months postop.  Follow up PAs are taken 2 years 4 months (Fig.9; A: abutment) and 4 years 8 months post cementation (Fig.10,11).
