Where the broken root is taken out, an immediate implant is placed (Fig.3: #10), which is the largest (4.5x17 mm) among the four. The last 2 implants are a little too small (2.5 mm) and short (#12 and the one behind) to have immediate crowns. In contrast, the front 2 implants (#10 and 11 (3 mm)) are big and long enough to support 2 temporary crowns.
