Fig.1: Mrs. Yan has four missing back teeth in a row (#2-5).  Two implants at the sites of #2 and 5 were used to support a bridge.  Last year the back implant (at #2) failed, whereas the abutment at #5 was broken (*).

#6 is an upper right canine tooth with a crown.
