Fig.6: Immediately post-bracketing with .014 niti wires and extraction of the upper 1st bicuspids.  Due to differential placement of brackets of 1s, 2s vs. 3s.  Wire action will gradually cause intrusion of the incisors.  The deep bite will be corrected.
