Fig.13 (taken 5.5 months post-banding; 1.5 months post installation of .016x.016 stainless steel wires, 4 weeks post elastic to shift the mandible to the right ): There is still not enough clearance between the upper and lower incisors to retract the upper ones. 

The dental midlines do not match (straight lines).
