Fig.45 (lower occlusal view, 5.5 month post bracketing, 16x22 ss).  LR5 and LL5 rotate (arrow) probably due to previous placement of power chain in the both mesial and distal wings of the brackets.

This visit, the power chain is intentionally placed in the mesial wings of LL5 bracket to see whether the rotation can be reversed or not next visit.

We should also observe whether figure 8 ligature at LR5 can fix the rotation automatically or not.
