Fig.5 (preop upper arch occlusal mirror view): After extraction of the right 1st bicuspid, the 2nd bicuspid and molars are moved mesially to less degree (shorter arrow), whereas the right canine and the rest of anterior teeth are moved distally (longer arrow).  The results are shown in Fig.6.
