Fig.5 (immediately post bracketing with .0175 twisted wire): In fact, all of ortho treatment was done after #7 cast post cementation and permanent cementation of provisional crown (C).  The upper right 1st bicuspid was extracted one week earlier (<), whereas the upper left one at the time of bracketing (*).
