Fig.7: In one month, wires (.016 niti just installed) are straighter although there is slight open bite on the left (compare to Fig.5).  It may be beneficial to ask the patient to use (next appointment) an elastic between L3,4s to reduce the open bite.  Power chains are continuously used bilaterally between L5,6.

Shed light evenly into the mouth to get better image.
