Malocclusion (noncrowding) consist of anterior overjet and overbite (Fig.3,4,6-10) and dental midline mismatch (Fig.5).  Left canine Class II (cusp to cusp).  The upper anterior teeth should be distalized.  It appears that the lower anterior teeth are distally shifted because of missing lower left 1st bicuspid.
