Since U2s are palatally inclined, there is no enough space to place brackets on L3 (Fig.13). Lower bracketing is postponed. U4s are extracted 3 days earlier. A 14 niti wire is placed.
The incisal edge of L3s will be reduced to make them look like the lower incisors prior to lower bracketing.
