PRF Preparation
PRF(Platelet Rich Fibrin) for Four Tubes:
1st Tube
Speed was 1300 RPM with 5 minutes Centrifugal spin time
The result was less in the formation of the PRF.
2nd Tube
The tube was spun twice after one cycle was completed with RPM 1300 with 5 minutes of the Centrifugal time.
The result was more in the formation of PRF in comparison to the 1st tube.
3rd and the 4th Tube:
Both the tubes were spun with 2000 RPM with 5 minutes.
The result was almost nil in comparison to all PRF done.
