After insertion of a whole piece of Osteogen plug (Fig.7 O) into the root portion of the socket, Bond Apatite (1 cc) is pressed into the coronal portion of the socket (Fig.6 A).  Due to oozing, the cement does not seem to be set completely.  One third piece of Collagen plug is placed on the top of the cement before 4-0 Chromic gut suturing tightly.  CBCT will be taken for better treatment approach prior to #17 extraction.
