It Must Be Horrible Without An Implant

Mrs. Tong, 74 years old, is a typical dental patient.  She is afraid of dental treatment.  At the same time, she has several fillings (white stuffs in Fig.1-3).  Eight years ago, one of the repaired teeth was too bad to be saved.  It was replaced by an implant (Fig.1) and a crown (Fig.2).  In the last 8 years, she has been able to eat normally.  At the age of 74, she has almost a complete set of the teeth (Fig.3).  Without this implant, her remaining repaired teeth may have been broken down.
