A 52-year-old woman returns for follow up 2-3 years post cementation (Fig.1-3).  A smaller implant in the anterior maxilla appears to be associated with bone growth (Fig.1 * (#8, UF)), as compared to a larger one (Fig.2 (#10, Tatum)).  Overload is related to lack of posterior support (#2,3,13-15 missing).
