Fig.1' is a magnified panorex taken 5 years ago, when the patient was 13 years old, whereas Fig.2'. 2 years ago.  1': supernumerary upper right 3rd molar.

Panoramic X-ray is taken immediately post extraction of one of the upper right 3rd molars (Fig.3,3', when the patient is 18 years old) and 20 months postop (Fi.4,4').  In fact the remaining one has erupted normally.
