To improve cosmetics, a bone-level implant is used (Fig.3, bone/Titanium ratio: 50/50, threads less aggressive). The coronal micro-threads do not engage to the cortex as efficiently as the body threads. To enhance primary stability, a better thread patterned implant is chosen (Fig.4, bone/Titanium ratio: 70/30). Its coronal threads are able to engage to the cortex for primary stability.
