There is severe bone loss around the affected tooth (Fig.3; Osteotape is expected for buccal and lingual defects). In addition, the Incisive Canal is abnormally large (arrowheads). The coronal end of a 4.5x20 mm implant and a 3.5x5 mm abutment will be slightly deviated mesially (Fig.4), since the 3-unit FPD will be converted to 2 single unit crowns.
