Which is Emax vs. Porcelain-Fused-To-Zirconia?

Since the existing crown for the tooth #8 is Emax and does not show the metal abutment (Fig.6), it is reasonable to use the same material (the most esthetic restoration) for the implant to match that at #9.  But the lab insists on porcelain-fused-to-Zirconia, which covers the metal securely.  So two types of crowns are fabricated.  The patient chooses the restoration in Fig.1,2 over that in Fig.3,4.  It appears that both of the restorations cover the metal well.  Now the question is which is which?  Why?
