A 4x20 mm tissue-level implant is placed with > 60 Ncm, followed by tightening a 3.5x5 mm abutment (Fig.4); the mesiobuccal defect being filled with Vera Graft (*). It appears that the implant should have been placed deeper (Fig.6: 5 months postop). The unipost is bonded with Relyx Ultimate prior to reprep and impression.
