Two Adjacent Immediate Implants

A 41-year-old man has dislodged upper right splinted crowns twice (Fig.1) with a distobuccal fistula.  Insertion of a Gutta Percha points to the palatal root with a long post (Fig.2 <).  The premolar post is attached to the premolar crown.  The tooth has percussion pain, consistent with periapical radiolucency (Fig.1 >).  The sockets will be soaked with gauze saturated with 2% Xylocaine/1:50,000 Epinephrine as control in Antibiotic Study.  When implants are placed, make sure parallelism (Fig.3).
