A BW shows that the implant is placed slightly subcrestal (Fig.4). The opposing tooth is supraerupted (arrow). Orthodontic intrusion may be required prior to #14 final restoration. The tooth #14 have been extracted more than 10 years. An immediate provisional will be engaged to #13 DO defect for additional retention.
