A healing screw is placed for self healing.  A 2nd option is to remove the implant (Fig.12), BEB (Fig.13, sinus lift with Magic Expanders or Lifter) and place the implant deeper (Fig.14).  This option should not be the best, since the gingival cuff will be excessive.   A better alternative is to place a larger implant (5.5-6.5x13 mm) 1 or 2 mm deeper.
