A 50-year-old man (smoker) will return for #3 implant placement, 10 month post implant removal due to periimplantitis.  Use #15 instead of Magic Split for access, bone density testing and bone expansion.  The access should be as palatal as possible, because of the buccal defect.  Magic Expanders will be tapped in.  Once it is stable, take PA for height confirmation (Fig.1 (taken 6 months earlier)).  Also prepare Magic Sinus Lifter.  Before placement of an implant (small and deep), insert PRF plug and allograft/Osteogen.  The implant will be buried.  The patient must be a bruxer (Fig.2).  Delayed loading seems necessary.
