Fig.16 is taken immediately before #3 implant crown impression to show that cross bite is corrected.  Note the bracket (a lingual button) in the #2 buccal surface having been removed.  To correct the posterior cross bite, a lingual button has to be placed in the lingual surface of the opposing lower molar.  An elastic band is attached between the lingual buttons.  Acrylic has to be added to the occlusal surface of #3 implant provisional so that there is occlusal clearance for #2 and 31 to change position.
