Fig.1 was taken slightly more than 1 month when a 5x11 mm implant was placed at #14. Allograft was placed coronal to the implant plateau (*). It appears that the allograft shrinks in a month (Fig.6).
The septal height should be measured based on this PA for #15 osteotomy.
