Nearly 3 months postop, the patient will return for #3 extraction and implant placement with incision (Fig.6).  BEB technique will be adopted for sinus lift without bone graft.  The implant to be placed may be 13 mm long.  Depending upon placement level, a 4 mm cuff may be required instead.
