The tooth #2 has two canals (Fig.2 *): buccal (B) and palatal (P). Since the mesio(M)distal width of the root is narrow than B-P one, an implant as large as 5 mm can be placed immediately post extraction as palatal as possible (Fig.7). The bone density at the site seems to be low, a 18 mm long implant may be indicated.
