Sinus lift is done (Fig.9 *) before placement of 7x17 mm implant (I, >60 Ncm). A: abutment for fabrication of an immediate provisional.
Implant threads appear to have embedded into the lamina dura.
The implant appears not to be placed apically enough, as compared to the design. This leads to insufficient restorative space.
