Osteotomy is created in the main socket as palatal as possible, using osteotomes, reamers and taps (Fig.7 T 6x20 mm at the depth of 17 mm).  The sinus floor is lifted (^) so that primary stability can be increased.  So far the sinus membrane has been intact, since nose blowing test does not produce leakage.
