When 7x17 mm implant is placed (Fig.8 I), the insertion torque is >60 Ncm.  The remaining socket (*) is to be packed with mixture of autogenous bone (from reamers), allograft (cancellous demineralized, Impladent) and synthetic bone (Osteogen).
