Final Restoration

The 3rd delivery produces a happy patient (Fig.1) with acceptable profile (Fig.2) and overjet (Fig.3) because of fabrication of extra pair of the upper 1st premolars (Fig.4-12: 5,12a vs. b).  After Panavia bonding, the upper anterior FPDs are unable to be removed due to un-parallelism.  Post-cementation X-ray does not show excess cement (Fig.9-12).  Abutment screws are hand-tightened.  Water flosser has been applied.  One year post cementation, the patient requests redo lower restoration because of short lower teeth.
