The 1st quadrant to be treated will be the upper left (Fig.2). The teeth #9-11 and 15 will be extracted (Metronidazole) with immediate implants. A delayed implant will be added at #13 for #11-15 bridge.
The tooth #16 may be kept for occlusion checking and provisional stabilization after scaling and root planing. At provisional stage, #9-15 will be splinted.
When implants are placed on the right side, consider adding up occlusal surface of the left provisional to reduce occlusal trauma to the newly placed implants and vice versa.
