From 1-Piece to Extra Wide Implants

The ridge of the upper right posterior region is variable: narrow at the sites of #4 and 5 (Fig.2,3) and wide at #2 and 3 (Fig.4,5).  One-piece implants are going to be placed at the premolars, while wide and extra wide implants at the molars.
