A 68-year-old lady has several missing teeth (Fig.2 (CT 2-D image, panoramic view)). Bone density in the maxilla is low (D3,4). Bone condensation is required. The implants at the sites of #3 and 6 (not shown) and the teeth at #13 and 15 will support an upper removable partial denture.
