The implant at #22 (3.8x18 mm with insertion torque more than 50 Ncm) has clearance from the Incisive Canal and Mental Loop (Fig.3 red dashed line). The edentulous space of #24 and 25 is 9 mm mesiodistally, whereas the incisor width is 6 mm. The 1-piece implant at #24 is 2.5x14(4) mm with ~45 Ncm insertion torque.
