There is oozing after cementation of the provisionals at 22, 24 and 25 (Fig.6).  Periodontal dressing appears to be necessary for hemostasis.

An incision is required to retrieve a fractured drill at #24.  Good visibility allows us to detect the initial osteotomy being buccal.  A smaller implant is placed (2.5 mm instead of 3.0 mm) to avoid the buccal plate perforation.

The provsional at #24 and 25 is made of a crown form for an upper central incisor with a notch in the middle.
