A 36-year-old man (ex-smoker) has generalized advanced chronic periodontitis (Fig.5). The teeth #23-26 have been shifting.
Immediately after scaling & root planing of the lower quadrants, the affected incisors will be extracted and replaced with 2 implants. An immediate splinted provisional bridge will be fabricated.
