When dummy implants are placed partially, there is a large bony defect (Fig.4 *).  After final implants (3x14(4) mm) are placed, allograft is placed coronally (Fig.5 *).  Hard tissue heals 5.5 months postop (Fig.10 with formation of apparent bony trabeculae: *). 

The patient returns for crown cementation 3 months post impression (9 months postop, Fig.13,14).
