Fig.7 shows these two one piece implants immediately prior to cementation of the FPD.  They are much more parallel to each other after prep. 

The ridge at the site of  #26 is wide (between arrowheads).

Immediate loading has no adverse effect on early healing.  He has a lot of missing teeth. His lower teeth are from #22 to #29.
