The tooth #24 has been extracted, while #25 is mobile (Fig.4). If #23 is not affected, two of 1 piece implants (2.5 and 3 mm) are placed at the sites of #24 and 25, respectively (Fig.5). White arrowheads: distal crests of the teeth #23 and 25; black arrowhead: apex of the tooth #23. It appears that this tooth has some bone support.
Crown/root ratio appears to be not favorable to 12-mm implants. Longer implants will be necessary.
