Since the new implant at #29 is narrow, an implant at #30 seems necessary (Fig.4). Trim the ridge top for approximately 3 mm until the ridge is about 5.8 mm for a 3.8 mm implant. Control of the depth needs to be precise.
The lingual (Fig.5 <) threads of the implant at #31 appear to need to be further bone grafted to prevent periimplantitis.
