The implant at #29 is placed as lingual (Fig.5 green) as possible, since the buccal bone is low and there is more bone linguoapically (to avoid the Mental Nerve). 

After placement of abutment (Fig.4 pink), place bone graft mainly buccally (white circles).  A piece of collagen membrane (red line) is laid over the bone graft.
