Fig.7 (buccal view): The most coronal portion of the buccal plate at the site of #29 cracks when a 4.5x14 mm implant is being inserted (*).
The cracking is partialy due to the narrow ridge and off center placement. Immediate placement should be able to avoid it, (before the ridge shrinkage).
Bone graft will be placed over the crack area.
