The papilla is maintained by the abutment and the provisional (just removed) 1.5 months postop (Fig.13 *). A 2-0 gingival retraction cord is inserted for impression. The uneven abutment margin is due to mesial inclination of the implant. If the mesial crest is higher than the distal one, tilt an implant distal coronally.
